* If you are signed up under a free license and are not active within 30 days starting from sign up date, your account and subdomain will be deleted from our servers. Upon deletion your members database will be moved to http://GLDollars.com, your members will then be notified of the URL change.

Marketplace Sales Policies:
Your Payment Obligations

You understand and agree that you must pay 50% of your total coding cost to initiate your "Marketplace" project.

Refunds, and Cancellations.
We do issue refunds, but you must let Greed Lead know about your decision before any work is started. Any time that is used for coding towards your project will be deducted from your refund amount.

Warranty Disclaimers
If any coding should error or no longer function is it Greed Lead's duty to fix any problems that may occur, We are very confident on our system and will take timeout to fix any problems you run into.

Default and Remedies
The customer will be in default under this Agreement if there is any one or more of the following actions:
Failure to pay any amount when due.
Client fails to comply with any provision of these Agreements.
Any representation made by subscriber in this Agreement is or becomes untrue.

If subscriber is in default in any way, Greed Lead will immediately take any one or more of the following actions :
Declare all unpaid amounts due and payable.
Terminate this Agreement with respect to all or any part of the Services.
Take any other lawful action that may deem appropriate to obtain damages for subscriber's breach.
